Robust construction without weak points
The stainless-steel pin and top are manufactured from a single piece. This eliminates any threaded connection that could loosen over time – a clear advantage over multi-part designs. The result is a permanently secure connection between board and extension, even under high loads.

Direct power transmission
The flat, highly durable tendon ensures very direct power transfer. The rig responds precisely without a spongy feel – ideal for riders who demand clear feedback from their board, whether in freerace or slalom sailing.

Compatible & easy to use
The Tendon HD baseplate is compatible with all U-pin systems (also known as Euro Pin). No proprietary standards, no limitations – simply mount and go.
The supplied T-nut slides into the US box, the baseplate is attached and tightened – ready for the session.
Thanks to the included plastic spacer plate, your board is effectively protected against scratches during tightening.

Safety reserve for extreme situations
An integrated safety rope prevents mast and extension from separating uncontrollably from the board in the unlikely event of a tendon failure. This protects both equipment and rider and significantly reduces risk on the water.
With regular use, we recommend checking the tendon every two years for cracks or wear and replacing it if necessary.
