What happens when a sporty slalom outline meets camberless freeride lightness? Exactly, the No Cam Freerace sail RAPID. It combines the best of both: performance and top speed with effortless freeriding. For you, it means early planing, incredible acceleration, and blistering speed.

The RAPID convinces with its inherent stability and lasting shape stability, which the freerace sail gets from its 7-batten slalom outline, the integrated Kevlar lines as well as 4 mil square-ply and 3 mil bi-ply. This makes it absolutely draft stable and scores with dynamic acceleration and top speed in the entire wind range. A wind hole coming up? No problem for the RAPID. It planes confidently through it without any loss of speed.
A slightly narrower mast sleeve below the boom and a modified profile of the battens above and below the boom shift the draft point slightly backwards in the new model. This improves the planing performance and reactivity, the sail offers even more power for the lower wind range.
Another advantage of the RAPID: Extended wind range and range of use for more speed and fun on the water, because the 9 cm offset clew eyelets allow to fully exploit the maximum trim range. The outer eyelet allows to get planing faster in light winds, and increases pumping efficiency. The inner eyelet is the choice for higher winds, providing perfect sail control and easy handling.
