Without a shadow of a doubt it is the best performing windsurf mast of the entire Reptile line. With a very low gravity center and a very high dynamic response (reflex), the Fibra 100 SDM is a product on which every year we spend more time and resources to improve it, making it lighter, more reliable, technical and resistant. The Fibra 100 SDM is therefore the model that has benefited from more changes than the other components of the FIBRA collection. It is the race mast par excellence, and it is the one that undergoes the worst stresses caused by sails with exaggerated curves, compression camber and boom that ovalize the wall. It therefore presents itself with a whole new guise. After careful FEM analysis, the FIBRA 100 SDM was coated with a special fabric with high mechanical characteristics, the CBX carbon which enhances the reflex and increases its resistance in compression and torsion. The ferrule in special T900 fiber has been increased compared to past editions. Constant Curve, suitable for all sails on the market.

The autoclave cure cycle is a two-step process. First, vacuum and pressure are applied while the temperature is ramped up to an intermediate level and held there for a short period of time. The heat reduces the resin viscosity, allowing it to flow and making it easier for trapped air and volatiles to escape.
